A prepared environment is maintained by a dedicated team. Our assistant and intern candidates are chosen for their passion for child development, their eagerness to learn, and their ability to support the Lead Guide in creating a seamless classroom flow.
We Place:
- Classroom Assistants: Experienced aides who anticipate the needs of the children and the Lead Guide, helping with materials, observation, and daily routines.
- Montessori Interns: Aspiring educators currently in their training who bring fresh perspective and a deep desire to practice their skills under expert mentorship.
- Support Staff: Individuals who can provide additional support, from after-care programs to specialized one-on-one assistance.
We believe that a strong assistant is a force multiplier for the Lead Guide, enabling more individualized attention for each child. We look for candidates who are proactive, observant, and committed to the Montessori way.
